1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Leen application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Leen. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Listings & Rentals

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. Renters agree to return items in the condition received, subject to normal wear and tear. Leen is not a party to rental agreements between users.

5. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Leen may charge a service fee on each transaction. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Leen provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for damages arising from transactions between users, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss. Users engage in rentals at their own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email.
